I put an inline spark tester on it and it shows that the plugs are getting spark. I did replace the CPS thinking it wasn't putting off the right signal, but nothing changed. I'm going to test the distributor pickup coil tonight and see if that is causing it to spark at the wrong time or not strong enough of a spark. Definitely a spark issue due to not starting even with starting fluid, just have to trace back exactly what it could be.
It is OBDII and there are no codes being thrown (I have even scanned it while starting and nothing even then)
Just have to follow the process of ellimination I guess

Got it running! Used a compression tester to find TDC on cylinder 1 and then followed the Factory Service Manual distributor install instructions and it stumbled like it has been and then fired up after about 30-40 seconds of cranking!  Woot!

Got a couple more things to do to get it drivable, but I should have it ready Saturday. I'll get a video of it running up when I get a chance!

To do:
Put interior back together
Figure out why the oil pressure gauge isn't working
put front flares on
fix e-brake so it works
refill coolant and power steering fluid
reconnect the t-case shifter that came out while I was driving up and down my driveway...

For the oil gauge. Check the sensor itself. They are in a sucky spot. And damage easily. I know that all too well.

The oil pressure sensor was what was wrong. fixed that and got most of the other work done on it. Just needs the e-brake fixed, a front end alignment, possibly rear O2 sensor, front seat bracket fixed, soft uppers installed on the frames, and it should be ready to go.
