I figured since some of my parties get out of control and stuff sometimes gets ruined. that I would build a beer pong table that would never break and wouldn't absorb beer and break apart over time.
I started with some 2x4x.188 Box Miter cut at 45 degrees to give nice weld joints.
also used some 90 degree vises to hold them in place while i tacked them up.
In order to cut the 2x4 vertically I had to remove the safety guard because it hit and wouldn't allow a full cut.
after the main box was completed I cut the mounts for the self leveling adjustable legs to go into.
I put the guard back on also...for safety reasons of course.
one corner of each leg was sanded down to clear the weld in the corners.
And this is the adjustable leg
And its not fully tied in and finished but these 8-13 beams were stacked on top to complete the table.
