Hey guys - found some video footage coming up Potato Salad Hill. About 4 seconds in, you can hear the bead pop on my driver's rear. It actually poped and reseated itself. How it did this with only 5psi is beyond me. Also: Looking at the videos, they don't do the steepness of the hill justice (does it ever?)...I crawled up to the last ledge and then employed the "when in doubt, power out" method. Well, as much powering out my squirrels could do pushing 38's...LOL The driver's side view:

Hey Jason NP231 & NP241 both have the same distance from the front case mating surface to rear tail seal about 13.25" give or take 1/4" Also found my winch cable that was in the trash, will try to hard wire it to the dash.

LOL doing a little late night dumpster diving, i knew that's how you rolled. Glad you found it and thanks for the dememnsion's. from the sounds of it there shouldn't be any driveshaft work or MODs. Jason.

And the degree of drop is the same. But i found a clocking ring on E-bay for 65.00, so if i need to clock to clear the skid i will. But i think i can show horn it there somhow. Your on the other hand might be harder with your flat belly. Jason.

Just plug the damned wire into the winch for Christ sake. Lazy bastid. What's next, auto locking hubs for your Dana60?
