Oh my... I can't wait to check it out at the BBQ.

I will say this, that front trac bar in single sheer on the axle end looks mighty scary
I talked to the guy who built the axle, he said the track bar needed a bend (he never got around to it) to get it to fit where it'd be double sheer. He has wheeled it the way it currently is...
I will try to fix it before the BBQ, but doubt I have time. It will be added to the to do list.
Thanks for catching that guys.

Nice motobilt bumper.

EDIT, looking closer at those fenders, it appears by the profile that they were designed for a CJ grill

Not too shabby for a maiden voyage at F&F last weekend

Got some work to do but nothing major...
I will say the stock 5.3 LS motor is tons better than the mildly built tbi 355.

Badass jeep.
Thanks, I'm pretty pleased with it.
I've got some parts ordered and a to-do list made of things I want to do to make it more my style...
No major changes needed, even pretty happy with the 205 case. I was a little worried that the 1.9:1 low wouldn't allow it to crawl. 5.38s must help out...maybe 3:1 gears in it someday

It has a healthy motor so i think torque wont be much of an issue.  Keep an eye on trans temp, that will show you if you need lower gears or not, I personally would enjoy it how it is unless it is holding you back.
Was good to finally see you on the trail :)

Started cleaning up some of the wiring. Wire nuts and ring terminals used as butt connectors does not inspire confidence...I'm guessing 90% of it will get rewired:(
Made a little bulk head to hold fuse panels and relays to keep everything accessible.

I also started mulling over colors. I'm thinking of a similar scheme I painted on the juggy.
