Beefed up the upper tabs and pics of the ram mounted. I'm going to beef up the axle side mount, so before you guys ask there will be more.
Working on some 1/2 ton brake brakets, well more like mounts since they will probally be welded to the Chevy knuckle, before you say is that a good idea I did this years ago to Greg and Adam single seat buggy.
For now i'm re-using the 6" stroke ram I had in the front. two reasions, 1st its free, 2nd there might be some clearance issue with my rear turning radius, so for now I will see how much 6"s clears. I figured I can get a 7" stroke without any frame rub, but i will start with what I have and upgrade later if needed.
Gregs single seat had a 6" stroke and he got into a lot of trouble with that amount of rear steer. Yes more is better, but I'm limited to how much for now.

Nice fancy fabed plate rams mounts on miguels buggy and solid stock on yours... Don't go over kill on everything. Sometimes less it more. Especially when it gets a make over...

Those ram mounts are 1/4" with some 1.5" 1/4 wall DOM for a inner sleeve. Trust me if I had some 1" that was in a bar stock and not big sections of plate I would of used that.
"If" I/we chop it up this winter the new body/tube line is that upper shock mount on the back. this will cut the over all side to side down to 48"s or soo and reduce the length in chassie down buy at least 9"s. Keeping the fuel cell untouched, unless we decide to move it lower.
Call me sometime Sean, I might need some help this week sliding out the front 60, Miguel refuse's to shower till next month and he well just plain smells. I got a extra set of jack stands and I want to see the new front in.

Forgot I had this thread going, well kinda
Front steering arms are all most done, had to make the arms and all the spacers steel and brass. front axle is in and I'm going back to my leaf spring, not going to link it, for now. I want to be on the trail this spring and want all the bugs worked out prior to that.
Some updated pics.
I have the P-pump in and all mounted, I will get some Pics of the custom brakets. that was well over a weeks time just to get the dialed in.

Quick update, I'm close to being done with the Jeep. I'm down to a few small things like front Hydro lines and some minor welding. For the most part i'm done and with a little luck this week she will be a runner.
Front,
That last Pic of the ram I had to make a Bung that welded to the end of the rod. I wanted to drill and tap it for a 3/4x16 thread but it didn't fit in my little lathe. So I fabbed a bung and welded it on.
Plus I made all my own Mis spacers from brass, that took some time.
