Ian what is the clearence between the axle and frame at full stuff and ride height and also between the tire and the frame at ride height?

Last time I was over, the rear axle was just kinda sitting there... I am looking at this photo

If you got the rear dialed in, I think there will be a contact issue, unless it is just the photo.

Also let me know if you are gonna need the notcher, I am going to be setting it up so if you need it, use it.

If the rear is the same as it was when I was there sunday there is nothing holding it in.  The rear axle was just placed under the back of the jeep with the wheels and tires being the only thing holding it up.  It didnt look completely centered either (im sure that will be fixed when the links go on.)

the rear is just sitting there for now.  the axle might not be centered 100% on the rear axle.

i took out the rear most body mount because of contact issues.  i'd run a spacer if i had too.

also, i'm putting this out there.  if i can buy the trailer i need for $1500 or less, i'll buy the new hobart trek 180 and bring it on all the trail rides..... (i need a trailer that is at least 81" between the wheel wells, 83"  is best)

i've (tim and i) been busy.  made the front upper axle bracket taller, moved highsteer behind axle, almost done with rear upper links, done with rear lower links, and made a bitchin' fuel cell holder.  i'll take some pics when it cools down.

major things left to do.  build t-case cross member, back half frame (but not body), build a cage so i don't die, replace a shaft on an airshock, build a skid plate, plumb brake lines, steering and... thats just what i can remember as i step inside out of the heat.
