How is the sausage packaged? On a stryrofoam plate with shrink wrap or is it canned ?

Canned sausage? Never heard of such a thing. No styro. Just ~ 1lb of sausage in casing coiled and double wrapped in plastic and frozen.

Is the price list you sent me a couple weeks ago still valid? My buddy and his wife just got pregnant and they are out so I'm going to be buying some pre-cut instead of an entire pig.

I am not sure anyone has Rich. Might want to see if that stuff has an expiration date. I know they canned everything back when canning first came out. I saw it on a special on the food network in like the early 1900's.
