mitch, i know this may do you no good but i have a set of 4 rims 17" rims with 5x4.5 bolt pattern i need to sell. but i am way to far away

if you could figure out a way to get them i could sell them for crazy cheap

I am all set, thanks guys. John the XJ and the 300 have the same bolt pattern. I have no idea about off set though as i could find nothing about the chrysler - Todd was just trying to help me and I appreciate it. Someone buy these ford wheels!
