leer pick up cap for 88-98 GM trucks
« on: October 27, 2017, 11:10:18 AM »
Selling the cap off my truck. Asking $150 from NEJ members.

It's maroon, the clear coat is pretty much gone from the roof, otherwise if functions 100% as it should... sitting on the back of your truck.  It has sliding rear windows and trac rac roof racks. all glass is good. the only thing it could use, but not needed is one of the lift gate pistons replaced. I replaced on a couple years back, but the other is starting to age, when it is really cold out, won't hold the lift gate up.  If interested, I can put up pictures.
Dad always said "If it has boobs or spark plugs it will be fun AND will cause you problems."

Hi, I'm interested in the trac racks would you be willing to separate?

Thank you for you inquiries,  this cap, while not original to a willys tj8 scrambler, part of its function is it can fit any car you put it on. I read on the Internet that you need adapter kit 69696969er.

Dearest sir, I can not separate the roof racking system from the cap as they have been hermetically welded together with space age polymers fashioned from coal and tribble byproduct. I wish you luck in your quest for a good rack.
