Not sure how to describe this, but i made this a few years ago for a bumper build on a truck. Its drilled to bolt a 5 point hitch on it. made from 1.5" x 3" Rec tube 3/16 wall. The plate is 3/8" thick.
You could use it for the center piece of your bumper.
