I have 2 five gallon containers of "wood guard" wood stain. Honey color. one was opened and barely used, the other is new. both are free, get them out of my way.  http://www.woodguard.com/ |

have you ever mixed this stuff to make it a little darker? I'm assuming this is the color of your logs now?

I mix colors all the time to achieve different shades. I combine the same brand stain though.
