Cheesy

Might be my first race - if not it will be one of my bigger races. We spoke about a race you had done at the BBQ, I have been looking since, and none have really jumped out at me. I am a part of 10-12 people in this group right now. (Im up to 8min miles for 5k run right now.)

Looks like a fun race. If I read it correctly you would do 3 - 5 mile legs with 12 in the group?

Sounds like you've been training hard from what you told me at the BBQ (what you were doing then to 8 min miles now).

Make room in your schedule for Falmouth in August, all the hot dogs, chips, and ice cream you can eat after the race.

It can be any combination, there will be some there that cant do it, hell I might not be able to, so others will have to run more I expect. My wife might try, and she is thinking she would do 5 x 3 miles, but I think the 5 x 3miles would be better.

I enjoyed the race last August so I'm making plans for 2012 as well.

The steep climb to the light house near the end of the race is a nice challenge.
