its a cheap winch, meant to compete with winches like the smittybuilt. if thats your budget, its a fine winch. my wife won one.

It is actually an outside line item  of the budget and I am deficit spending for this years budget.  However the cost of waiting vs the apparent value in this product seams worth the risk of having to crank up the printing presses to cover the deficit.

This years budget was for five tires.
