spyders jeep
« on: October 10, 2012, 11:15:26 AM »
im bored and screwing around with the computer and loading pics off the camera and phone, so why not post some of them up for you picture whores.

when I first got the jeep (RE5.5LA 37's)

during the snow run i mangled my passenger fender, so it was time to trim

gotta love the clean doors (new 2 me, 1/2 doors and uppers)

the previous owner had already installed a harness bar so i added a harness for the driver

at carnage in may i blew a bead and in the process of getting it up to a flat spot to reseat the bead, i bent the wheel pretty good, already had a bent wheel so it was time for some new rims

along time ago i decided i really wanted a cj tailgate, well swag offroad has a sweet conversion kit, so one thing led to another

you can also see my custom hi-lift mount and ax mount.  also i bedlined my entire interior while everything was apart.  what you can't see is the hooks i made to mount the spare in the rear.

i can't seem to find any pics of the beadlocks actually mounted, ill take some soon.  i also have a set of 3.5" springs to go in soon as well (thanks Ian)  also will be adding some disc brakes and chromoly shafts in the rear.  hoping to get to that either this week or next.  and then its time for me to actually get the psc cage and rear crusher corners installed.

while im thinking about it, anybody interested in lending me a hand in welding the cage together??  ill gladly pay for your services/lessons.
