My new 1971 Renegade II

Thanks to Posi for this one. 1 of 600 made and only 150 in this color. Granted it needs a bit of work but as far as Jeeps go this is my favorite. I plan to keep it as stock as possible and drive it for a few years before it gets a frame off nut and bolt resto.

Your welcome Matt, It makes me feel better knowing it went to a good home.
And thanks for being patient with me while I went over every detail of the Jeep.

I appreciate the time you took to go over it with me...Sorry for the scary test drive.
I've been doing some research and if it is Riverside Orange then it is 1 of 50 in that color then they made 150 in Big Bad Orange.

does a frame off resto include a tube chassis, bigblock, D60's and 40" tires?

Now, now..I don't believe that constitutes a " resto " , I picture Freefree capturing the original essence of the cj.

Some Jeeps could benefit from a Diamond Dave style "resto" but not this one.
Original is the only way to go- I'm kinda more of a restoration/ original guy anyway.

It surprises me to see how many people misuse the word resto especially sellers on dabay and CL. I find Jeep owners abuse it the most of any make vehicle.
There is a lot of difference between restoring, repairing, resto-mod, and modification.
Resto = a reconstruction of the original form
