I was going to put this in the build section but that's for vehicles.  So this is the reason why I haven't been working on my jeep or been wheeling.

In March I bought a house in Hanover, MA.  The previous owner moved out and abandoned the property without shutting the water off or winterizing the property. There was alot of water damage.  The first floor ceilings, walls, floors and the basement all had to be totally gutted. I was able to buy the house for a good price. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, ~1200 sq ft and a detached garage.

Garage entrance is a little short for the Jeeps. But I think that can be rectified in the future. So for now they'll have to stay outside. It's long and wide.

It has a decent sized back yard...alot of grass to cut.

My demo job. This has taken me much longer than I originally anticipated. The PO on some walls put sheet rock over wood paneling over wall paper over horsehair plaster.  The floors were carpet over old wood floors over the subfloor. I probably gained quite a bit of room space by removing all those layers.

There are probably 75 bags of trash in here. The picture doesn't give it justice

Congratulations again on your purchase I’ve been waiting for pics to show up. Looks like a very nice piece of property with plenty of potential.

I see a riding lawn tractor in your future.

Ya Bob, I haven't asked for much help. Jerry has come over a couple times. But most of the demo I've done myself. I figure I'd rather have people help me put things back together. I've had some other people come over here and there to help move some heavy stuff. But I'll be posting a date in the future for some help putting the sheetrock up.

Thanks guys. It'll be mine in 358 more mortgage payments. Haha.

Anyone know of a good (aka cheap) dumpster company?  The best I've found for a 30 yarder is $570.

On the dumpster, had a 30yrd at Ross's when we were removing the shingles it was either $300 or $400 I'll get an answer from him about the cost/company and get back to you.
