From what I see, they thing ifs in great shape.. how are the floor pans?

Except for some rocker rust, body looks fairly straight!

It is is great shape and everything but the tailgate appears to be original.  The worst rust is only the passenger side rocker and the tool chest under the passenger seat.  My favorite part has to be the gas tank hidden under the drivers seat...don't think that would fly now-a-days!
