That's the sportster custom.  I had the same but an '02.

looks like stock pipes, through some equal length Vance nd hines on there, you'll love the sound.

I was out on a friends sporty last week for a fathers day ride, same exact bike, thing was a  blast to ride. I was always skeptical of sportsters since they are 883 and 1200... I was wrong, awesome ride.

yep def a blast to ride, and those are def not stock pipes john

the stock sportster pipes are the cigar looking ones and they suck big time, those slash cut ones look aftermarket to me

They are slip-ons and are fine for now. I don't see the need to spend $300 or so on pipes.

the slip ons that i had on my sportster (and it was only an 883) were loud enough to set off car alarms without even getting on the throttle much

Gotcha, I can really only see the cross over pipe in the pic, which is I think stock looking?

regardless, don't be bashful Bob, front tire will come off the ground on that thing!

TOY............................?

A toy is my new ARB quick deflator, Locker, or (yes, me too someday) a winch.

You got a HARLEY!!!!  That's bad ass.  Congrats it looks awesome and let's catch up soon.

Yea they are only 883 and 1200 but damn they are quick!!!  They are drastically different then a touring harley like a heritage or a road king.....but you are 100% right....they are a blast!
