NEVER GO THERE!!

Had my jeep towed to their shop. Explained to them what was wrong with it mentioning that the battery cables needed replacing/work.

They replaced some other part related to the problem but completely avoided the battery cables. I go to pick up my vehicle (4 days later than they originally suggested) to find that it doesn't start; They blame the battery being dead and tell me to drive to autozone in a car that does not idle and doesn't start saying that "you should be able to make it" mind you the battery is only a year old.

I get my multimeter out and in a matter of 2 seconds physically show them that it is the battery cables.

This place is not as high quality as they claim to be. They are extremely over priced, and don't get the job done. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Did they eventually replace the cables?

What other parts did they replace?

Did the battery take a charge?

Have all repairs been completed?

umm No it wasn't. Roll Eyes  it was a broken ignition switch. They replaced the whole steering column. Nice attitude though.

No, they sanded them down and put some stuff on them. They replaced the steering column, the battery is fine, like i said to them. They said that they had it on the charger the whole night and that it is definitely the battery, it wasn't it was the cables.

Oh I read daily and Ive been here since 07' so Ive seen my fair share of your arguments, and how your usually right. Which I why I try to avoid every thread you post in. I just couldnt help myself today. And I dont agree that your a total prick. Your just more knowledgable then most of the people that post on this forum and have a short fuse when it comes people disagreeing with your thougts and concerns. Every jeep forum seems to have one. Mikey on neow, Blaine and jason m on JeepForum, And just about everyone thats been on pirate since before it blew up.
