I don't remember exactly who it was I asked about a bumper the bought from nates 4x4, but I am seriously regretting this decision.
as of june 7th after placing my order online (which in itself was a dumb move) and being charged the 266.08 for the bumper I ordered on the 10th, I have not heard one word from nates regarding my order, it is currently pending and I have sent numerous e-mails and have also attempted to call at least a dozen times leaving a message a day and have not heard back.
I don't know if it is a one person crew, but the fact that I cannot get a hold of anyone to see what is going on with my bumper is just extremely poor customer service..
would not recommend nates 4x4 to anyone after this debacle...and now to try to figure out how I can get my 266 bucks back.

I told you it takes a while. Its a one man operation. Built to order, he doesn't have them in stock, he builds them when the order gets in. Just keep calling, he's probably too busy making your bumper to answer the phone  Wink.

For me the price and quality outweighed the lack of customer support and how long I had to wait.

Good luck.
