they took over a month to send my gears for my 9", only shipped them out after I filed a complaint through paypal with them. I sent them 3 emails, and called them beforehand. The guy on the phone said they would 2 day them to me, I waited another 2 weeks, filed the complaint with paypal, and asked to just get my money back. 3 days later they said they had shipped them and would not refund my money (ups received date was the day after I filed the complaint too, go figure), and a week and a half later I got my friggin gears in....
they PORC-ed me.

I've not had big problems with them, couple backorder'd items I ended up canceling.
They have prices you cant beat, and the pirate sales rep (alex) is a stand up guy.
Every vendor has their ups and downs I find.

Bought some RE springs, shipping was fast and customer support was great. If you get the older gentlemen on the phone hell talk your ear off. Funny guy though.

as most in here, I have done business with PORC, when I ordered gears, rebuild kit, and lockers, they had the best price by atleast $100 and asside from UPS being idiots, they were at my house in less than a week.
