ive prob spent almost 1k with them as well, their prices are unbeatable and they are friendly on the phone.
Only issue i have ever had with them is when i was in college i use to get some things shipped to my apartment in worcester and then some things to my parents house in mansfield depending upon when i would be doing the work, and they would sometimes ship things to the wrong location. Not really sure why this happened, and neither did they, but they resolved the issue over the phone.

I bought a bunch of stuff from them. If you call them up their prices are cheaper then the internet ones. (or at least it was for the things I bought)
