wow.  I love how they feel that it is impossible that a vendor on their forum F'd up.  I get upset when I feel that I have been taken for my cash.  I work hard to get my cash to spend on the jeep.  I factor it into a budget and when I dont get what I asked for it burns me up to wait to get the problem resolved.  I always give the benefit of the doubt when I have these problems with people and I would have handled it the same as you.  Jeepforum would have discussed it reasonably till TNTcustoms came back on to defend their company name.  Once both sides are heard someone could have a reason to give an Censored opinion about the situation.  They ripped on you guys before they even got the other side of the story.  A good reason why I keep my nose in the for sale section because that thread irks me the way they left the whole thing.  Like you suck and TNT owns, leaving anyone with doubt about the credibility open to getting screwed around in the same manner.  Jeepers creepers is jerking me around now.  Took over a week for my cb kit, I recieved it and didnt get a firestik II but a wilson silver.  Thats fine but at least send what someone purchased, and also a hand written sentence saying that my cb mount will be shipped separate and sorry for the delay.  No info about when, why, or a tracking number.  I called, left a message, and wrote a email and nothing returned.  I dont have time to chase a company owner down because of their suck customer service.

Update on my TNT Customs situation.

Well as of this morning May 24th 2007 I have my refund that I was told I would have 3 weeks ago. For those of you that dont know what is going on, please read this whole thread (minus the shoe crap)

Yes I am Flava Flav, and Bob, the owner of TnT does come on and posts 2 times.

I will have the sliders for UPS pickup if that is what Bob wishes, otherwise on May 31st I will donate them to the Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs Access-4-All Program

I was never here to bash Bob or his business, just to get my problem resolved. Which it did. I am happy to have my money back.
