I've got one on an 04 4.0L.  Its a wider throttle body, with a stiffer spring on the accellerator cable, with a "chip" that supposedly tunes for better performance.  What I got out of it was a deeper intake sound with a slightly throatier sound to the motor and a lot snappier accereration, but no super obvious performance gains.  I did get a small improvement in gas mileage.  I do think it helped to turn bigger tires but gears were much more bang for the buck.  If you're intested, I might sell mine for a decent price.  Don't really need it since I regeared.

gearing > cheap performance mods anyday.

4.88s and floor it, with a loud muffler to "think" youre going fast

No user adjustments its pre-programmed.  I don't think its worth the ~ $500 bucks new. I'd sell the chip and throttle body (no intake) for $350 and your stock TB (assuming no problems).

Edge programmer chip and throttle body spacer for $175.  62mm throttle body and intake not included.
