slow ride, take it easy

« on: May 21, 2008, 11:23:15 PM »

This is an open invitation to everyone interested in having a good time, doing a little wheeling, eating some great food, and meeting some great people.
If your not a member, you just need to be an applicant to attend. If you arn't an applicant click here to find out how to become one. http://newenglandjeepz.org/3join.htm

We will be cooking up burgers and stuff like that.

Details:
BBQ will be at the Makizoo in Barre, MA

Barre MA.
AUGUST 16th-17th.  Noon till whenever. Come for saturday or come for the whole weekend!

Both daytime kid clean fun and mild wheeling, Plenty of food Once the sun sets, little nighttime debauchery.  Be warned No alcohol before dark and no wheeling after dark. There is plenty of room for camping.  We can also have a "kid friendly" camping area on one side near the house and an "adults only" camping area out back, if needed.
There is a trail on the property and it is very stock friendly. There is another network of trails that we will be going to in groups and is in a short driving distance from the BBQ location. We recommend at least 31’s and a locker, 33’s open as a minimum, but run what you brung works fine.

If you are contemplating joining this club, this is a great event for you to come out, see the vehicles, meet the people, pick some brains on how you want to mod your jeep. We all love to talk shop, and are more than willing to share as much info as we can.

If you would like to attend, please post here if you will be coming and the number of people you will have with you. Any Questions, feel free to post them here, or if you want PM me or another club officer.

This was my first event. If you think your rig is too stock or you are too new to wheeling, this is the event for. Come learn, have fun, and wheel your rig.

i cant get both days off as usual.  Id like to come for the boneyard, is this going to be sunday again like it was at last years bbq?  This will probably be the first chance I get to test out the new tires.  Hopefully get some lockers in, spare shafts, etc.

pretty sure we'll run the boneyard on sunday like last year.  we can always run it on saturday, but that is a question only mr. boneyard can answer...makizoo
