If its in the Better Living Center, then it will be indoors.
There are lots of buildings there, John. Young Building, Mallory Complex, Better Living Center, The Colosseum. You get the idea.

Miguel and I are going. I need seats and he needs a fuel cell. Plus theres tons of seats belts for very cheap money. If any one cant make it PM me what your looking for and i will keep an eye out for ya.
