do the 4.0L run a wide band O2?

depends on the year...older 4.0's don't but the newer ones I believe did

No 4.0L engines had wideband O2 sensors. If you were running standalone I would recommend an innovate LC-2

I would recommend a MegaSquirt efi if you were really looking to save money and have a lot of time and patience.

Ya, like a real life friend... not like when you went to the doctors to ask for gonorrhea medicine for your freind.
Dad always said "If it has boobs or spark plugs it will be fun AND will cause you problems."

I would stay far far away from that wideband o2 sensor....I have lots of experience with them and they are worthless...sensors lasted less than 2 months and the module crapped out after a year....if you want a good wideband...aem or autometer
