CB power supply for JK

I give up...I have spent 45 mins trying to run my CB power supply to the battery on my JK passenger side and tried to find a power supply under the dash and no luck.
Any suggestions?

the ignition harness under the drivers knee bolster, should be a thick 12 ga red wire that is a constant direct off the battery through the distribution block. I would just T-tap, soldier, tape and zip-tie there.
