http://c-rok.com/sb.html just bought the complete set, i needed  a tow point anyways.... they say its good enough to tow from but  i think ill only use it if im desperate.....

Following the same principal as the outside frame plate, the inside plate spreads forces from the box over a much larger area and incorporates the very strong large rear oval tow hook hole on the frame"

im doing my ball joints today and i have one quick last question the lower one has a threaded sleeve does that go in the hole the ball joint comes out of

If your jeep is newer you dont need the threaded sleeve.

Mine are 92's and I never needed it.  What year is yours?

didnt need it, fixed the death wobble too after two wheel bearings a track bar tre and 2 ball joints just need an alignment now and im back out on the trails thanks everyone for the help!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grin Grin Grin Roll Eyes Tongue Wink Smiley Cheesy  TSL
