It's probably not worth putting any money into your rear axle.

if it is for the 8.25 then i have no help. i know of no other factory disc brake kits that will swap over

now a d44 that is easy many kits are avalible to run disk brakes. buying a 8.8 from a explorer will get you disk brakes and better gearing than you have now i bet and prob would cost the same as a disc brake kit for the 8.25

this is a swap that is pretty popular and there is a ton of info out there on the web.

if the gears are the same you probably just need to move the spring perches.

No kit I know of, I am sure you piece something togethef, but like mention, in the end may not be worth it.

If you hell bent on it, I'd start with a dodge intrepid rear rotor, I recall doing a brake job on one and it was a 5_4.5 bolt pattern, and appeared to have plenty of offset to allow for a caliper mount to be welded cleanly to tge tube. For calipers, I run 84 eldorado rear's, toranado's and riviera's of the same vintage should also be the same. The mount will be made of 1/4" plate, make templets out of cardboard and plan on making a bunch. When I made mine, I made 2 mounts before I had one that worked properly, fit the caliper and allowed for proper placement and movement.

Pretty sure you can source parts from a ZJ with a dana 35. You should be able to part this together for under $100

Some vehicles are abs only in the front or rear, not sure about jeeps. Look for a tone ring on the axle shaft or a sensor back there.

Tone ring looks like:

It will be located here:

I believe the dana 35 has a rubber fill plug, usually leaky.
