John I cranked my line pressure up a bit, It wasn't a slipping issue it had this funny shuttle shift or like a hitch between gears and didn't seem too solid when shifting. felt like it was searching for the right gear. after that it seemed okay. I still plan to add a little beef to it in the future but I'll wait till I'm towing my roach around every weekend before i worry about it. I towed a 24' enclosed down to jersey and back this weekend with no issues trans stayed at 160* the whole time did 1000 miles and burned 76 Gal also hit 80K during the trip.

Oh and Todd I didn't realize chevy used injectors in they're trannys now but that makes me wonder who you are getting quotes from because i believe they are wrong.

Sun Coast did mine  Grin I priced out the parts and for what I wanted, it was worth buying a complete unit and the big score, warranty. I had it shipped to Connecticut, put in by a friend of mine and I dropped my old tranny (core) off at Sun Coast on my way to Sarasota. I know a buddy of mine down here that has a Sun Coast in his DMax, no complaints.

felt like it was searching for the right gear
Governor Pressure Solenoid most-likely.
