Any one ever run dihydrogen monixide in their cooling systems?  I've heard this stuff works pretty well, and is easy to find.  Mix it with a little Prestone, and it will keep your engine cool.  Or so they say.

Any input?

I run it in mine, 50% mix with prestone.  Works great.

I lost some coolant when I disconnected a radiator hose so I could drill out a broken bolt.  Thinking of replacing it with this stuff.

Glad to hear it works.  I think I'll run it.  Grin Grin

It's usually quite dangerous.

Almost like snakes on a plane

It's actually quite common.  You can get it just about anywhere.  Smiley

i dont understand why you dont just use antifreeze? what is the boiling point of this hydrogen peroxide mix?is it corrosive? again. why try to be different with anything as simple as coolant?I can see trying to find the non-toxic antifreeze since we commonly dump it on the earth while wheeling but other than that i'm confused.

You have to use antifreeze with this dihydrogen monoxide. I use it in all of my vehicles and it works wonders and is 100% bio friendly  Grin

Average at best

Unless there was a clear overheating issue, why bother. Efi motors are not like carbed motors where the colder they run the better. For the benefits of running cooler was neede, there are other specific peramiters that would need to be addressed as well (re map perhaps).
I assume the point of this stuff is to change the energy of activation to convert water to gas (raise boiling temp) with regular anti freeze/water mix, you wern't having issue, why bother water is stabile to I think 230 with a conventional 50% mix.

Edit, if the point of this stuff is to change the thermal conductive properties of water, then maybe, but water.s thermal conductivity is .058 milli-volts, I would see what the stuff claims.

You should google it to see what its claims are  Wink

I picked some up today.  The stuff is 100% biodegradable.  It's so awesome, you can even drink it (like Chuck said).  I think everyone should use it in their cooling systems!!
