Well I should have 2 new to me 16" Fox 2.5 on there way to me by the end of the day. Any special tools I needs for tweaking and tuning these things?

Pick up a small bottle of nitrogen.

if you are only gonna adjust spring rate and ride height you will need:  shock oil and a tank of N2 with a High pressure regulator and some liquid measuring devices.  A cheap plastic graduated cylinder and a syringe both in mL (CCs)  are what I would reccomend.

If you want to adjust the valving  you need a spanner wrench, snap ring pliers and a couple of sockets as well.
