I pulled the gas tank and shock's so I could clean up the frame and rust proof it before winter. Much to my suprise I found the rust was much worse than I initially thought it is on both left and right sides (inside frame) where the lower control arm mounting plates attach to the frame.I do not weld as of right now and am lookinjg for some suggestions on repair options and facilities for this type of repair.
Thanks Rich Smiley

I just got my part from them and they are not as easy to instal as they make it sound. They look nothing like in the picture and are expensive as hell. Got to a shop and have them weld some metal plates save some money and time. It took them 5 weeks to get me the right part.

I fixed part of the problem... I convinced the wife that I NEEDED to buy a second vehical to keep the TJ out of the salt due to her delicate nature, frame hole. I showed he one spot on the frame and I was approved for a2004 Grand cherokee laredo with more extras than I've ever seen in my life. LOL
Now I have all winter for frame repairs and a lift.
