I have one with a 2" hole drilled in the side of it BUT it is still able to be filled  Grin

Try checking your local recycling yard and get them free.

There is a fee to drop them off so they don't mind giving them away, at least they do in my town.

I picked up a couple of backup tanks that were in good shape for when the tank hooked to the grill runs out (I rotate them). The two spares I got were 1/3" filled.
