I am looking for a set of ford dana 60 knuckles that would fit an 1986 dana 60 front axle.  Hoping to not break the bank...

Are you looking for stock replacements, or aftermarket upgrades?

either or....prefer stock to cut down on the price but I would consider aftermarket if the price was right.

Why do you need new knuckles?  Do you not have any?  Are yours cracked?

I have one from a 1979 D60 you can have.  It is essentially the same as your year.

mine are toast...I was trying to remove the lower KP on the drivers side but it was fused into the knuckle.  I wanted to start fresh with replacing the knuckles and lower KP caps.

If none of the bolts broke off inside the knuckle, you can easily still use them (knuckles).

How were you trying to get the lower kingpin out?  Did you try twisting it instead of prying it straight up?

There are broken off bolts and I tried both twisting and prying, do you have a pair of knuckles or just one?

I have a pair, but one is cracked and I'm not sure it's safe to use.  The other is fine and 100% usable.

Sucks you need new ones, I sold a set to a guy in Nebraska 2 months ago.
