todd ill probably end up going to pep boys. Just looking for something local first because pep boys is far away from me.

There's one in Nashua NH.  Not that far from Lowell.  Take route 3 to exit 7W and go 1/2 mi...you will see it on your left.

Yes.  I got my floor jack, and 4 jack stands there.  They have transmission jacks, engine hoists, and motorcycle jacks.  They probobly have what you need.

pep boys no longer carries engine stands. But I did get some 6 ton jackstands. I got one at the zone.

thats a car dolly.  i use them to move my jeep around my shop while i'm working on it.  they work really well especially when you have space restraints. (i'm a contractor so i'm usually making making cabinets or loading tools/material in and out of the overhead).  as for a cheap engine siand, go to harbor freight or check them out on line, a 750 lbs stand is probably under $40.00  they work pretty well too, i have an amc 360 on one right now and it does the job moderately well (i wouldnt trust my toes 100% underneath it while working but hey, a 360 is a DAMN heavy engine)

I know all about HF tools. I drive a jeep and I am in college. I loooooove HF.

I bought a 750lb one at autozone.
