Nice, it has rubber valve stems. I am pretty sure the old rims have metal valve stems. I will check them out later - but it seems like pulling the fuse (if thats an option) will be the way to go.

you may want to check into inspection rules on this.  Not sure if its one of those things that has to be on and working properly to pass inspection.  If you dont need it for inspection purposes either pull the fuse of just pull the bulb that lights up the low pressure signal.  We lived for how long without a stupid sensor to tell us the tire pressure was low?  why do we need them all of a sudden?

oh yeah, to rape us for more $

If he removes the fuse or light the inspection station wouldn't know it wasn't working.

I would highly doubt they would catch the rubber valves on one side and metal on the other if there wasn't a light on to lead them in that direction.

I got 4 tires and 4 rims, all tires/rims/valve stems match. So by looking they wouldnt be able to tell - and when calling around parts stores for these rims, I was always asked "Does your car have TPS?" So I think they make my car with and without TPS. I doubt the inspection station would care. Krome, would they care?
