I have an HD one from crown, the only caveat is that the lower end is switched to fit a CJ box. It is all brand new, I had to buy two and switch the end as I have a YJ box in a CJ.
I think john had linked up a place to buy just the YJ end, if you can find that the shafts yours for free.
PM me and we'll work out anything else.

Jay, you should be able to heat your shaft up and melt the plastic bushings inside the shaft. Ian's old one was very stuck. 30 seconds with a torch and it slides super easy.
