Title: radiator barn
Post by: Twisty on April 12, 2013, 09:34:51 AM
I thought I would share my recent experience with radiatorbarn.com.

Back in January I ordered a new radiator for my truck.  I put it in, and a week ago (on a Friday) it started leaking around the tank seal.  This was a problem because I was scheduled for jury duty on Monday.  I called radiator barn and explained my predicament.  They asked for pics of the problem areas and a photo of the serial number sticker ok the side.  I sent the pics, and about an hour later I got a phone call, and was told that since I needed a new radiator by Monday, if I could find a replacement locally they would issue me a refund.  I already found a replacement and ordered it for Saturday morning.  They refunded my money, including shipping.

I am satisfied with their customer service and will be using them again for future cooling needs.

I purchased a radiator from them years ago and was impressed that it showed up on my door step the next day. Still working as it should.

Tim, good to hear you had a positive experience with them.
