Throwout bearing tech question

I have two brand new throwout bearings for my Jeep (one Luk and one Sachs). On both of them, the sleeve is not perfectly centered on the bearing. If I lay the bearing side down and keep it it one place, and look down through the sleeve while I spin it, the diameter of the sleeve is not centered with the bearing itself. The Luk is off about 1mm, and the Sachs is about 2-3mm off.

Did I get two crappy throwout bearings or is this normal?

The Timken one I put in my F350 was not perfectly centered either.  I would just use which ever one you like best.

I realized after I posted this that the sleeve can move within the bearing, so I guess it will center itself when installed.
