From what I've found online these things are pretty rare.  

This bolts to the tub behind the front seats. It has a lock but I don't have the key for it.

There are some cracks a few inches long on the front, and the piano hinge isn't totally straight.

I don't have an actual picture of mine, but this is essentially the same thing.

$100 OBO. Pick up in the Worcester or Leominster area.

I'm not sure. Maybe someone else knows. Were there changes in the design of the tub throughout production?
