Was thinking about this the other day, May be to late this year. But maybe next year we should plan some trail ride where each person who attends brings a toy to donate to a child.

we've done them in the past, and we were going to do one this year, but scheduling and planning conflicts got the better of us.

South Shore Wheelers is in the process of planning a T4T drive and will be sending out info to all the regional clubs once the plan is finalized.

A lot of organizations run a T4T event Wink Not a bad idea, just pic a place you want the donated toys going to. One way to find out is to hook up with a local radio station. That usually nets some publicity as well as Food Drive wheelin' events around Thanksgiving. Even a trail ride setup where everybody donates say a turkey to wheel that day. You guys could pick a food bank, shelter, whatever to deliever the food to. Again, working with radio stations and local news (i.e., paper, tv) will net you some good publicity. The big problem that I always thought about was Thanksgiving and Christmas being so close during the calender year. People/kids still need things during the rest of the year. I always thought about Toy Drives in July and and Food Drives in May as well. Thanksgiving in May and Christmas in July. Maybe a Clothing Run as well... Just some food for thought Grin
