Brad Elliot Custom Exhaust has done a lot of my rigs:

1st Exhaust: Header-back 2.5" on my TJ with the Clayton Setup including cat, muffler, and 02 bungs. He tucked it all up high for high clearance.

2nd Exhaust: Downpipe on my fathers truck including 02 sensor bungs.

3rd Exhaust: Cat and 02 sensor pipe on my ZJ.

4th Exhaust: Flowmaster weld-in on Friends LJ, reused stock piping.

5th Exhaust: Full Length Exhaust with glasspacks and X-Pipe on Friend's 1971 SS Chevelle.

His prices are amazing and his work his fast and excellent. He can do any custom exhasut you want and I've had quite a few friends get exhausts done on their ricers, suvs, offroad stuff, and hot rods. He's been in business since the late 80s and he is Paul at Blue Magic's go-to exhaust guy. The Shop I Have worked for also has sent numerous customers there for repairs and exhaust work beyond our means.

we need to get some exhaust work done on the vette and we've been looking around for someone good.  i tried googling the guys name but it didn't come up with anything.  didn't know if he was still in business or not.

but
you know who I have heard of though;is LOU's custom exhaust. his dam stickers are on EVERY doughbag/slammed/chromed/winged/chemeleon painted vehicle on the road. and not saying I wouldn't take advantage of those people too if was in the business. But I see a lot of classic/hot rod type cars come into my shop and I have yet to see one that has a lou's sticker on it that has had decent exhaust put on it. not saying they suck all around, maybe they do have employees who care; but some of the jobs I have seen from them have been less than desireable and actually some of the jobs that have come in have been a result of they're custom exhaust.
On more occasions than I preffer to list a custom exhaust builder decided it was ok to Bend rotten old brake lines out of the way to route exhaust and send customer on his merry way without even mentioning the danger. guess what it started to leak.
another good one. Cobra kit car...a nice one too. self tapping screw into fiberglass tub to hold entire wieght of exhaust. that lasted a week. guess they don't weld..
oh and you have to love it when the exhaust is TOUCHING rubber fuel hoses on those old fastbacks....

just thought I would vent that since we were on topic of custom exhaust. Its nice to hear good reviews and know that someone still cares.

his work has gone down hill over the past few years. i have evan heard paul say it. and he did a excelent job hacking jay (yamahgrizzlys) jeep. but he did a great joob on bolth of my trucks but that was over 3 years ago.
