Or lack there of.

Kinda looking for help. I picked up a used Pepsi cooler for my home bar (see pic)

Issue is it blows warm air, so I am thinking the condenser may need to be replaced? I have a set of manifolds for charging an AC unit, but it appears to be a completely different system, that and I have no license to do so.  I think I know where I can get the parts, but could someone suggest an appliance repair dude that could come to my house to help me out. This thing is freaking heavy and is now in my basement.
