Is there a seal for the shift lever on a T-18? not the gasket for the whole top, just at the base of the shifter.

no, and i have no idea why that would be leaking unless maybe your shiter is bent?

Looking closer, with the floor cover and skid off, it looks like the TC front yoke seal is leaking and flying around.  ::)
