Does it sound like this video at 0:05 seconds in?

Maybe?  I don't think it was loud enough to be a locker breaking.

I assume you mean the rear since at one point your passenger rear tire wasn't turning.  from my experience when you break a shaft or locker, its much more intense of a pop.  but I know the rubi rear locker has gears inside for the limited slip that like to snap, so it might be a much more softer pop when those let go.

have you pulled your cover yet??

Cant be shaft because later in the video i'm pretty sure you spin the tire again..   My guess is locker or nothing.
Is it acting up while driving now?

Yes so this happened back in early June. And yes, I mean rear locker.

I pulled my diff shortly after a 1000+ mile trip, and there was nothing that looked too bad inside. I have a link over at Rubicon Owners Forum hoping that someone has experienced this failure mode before. http://www.rubiconownersforum.com/forums/20-tj-drivetrain-horsepower/91858-03-rubicon-locker-problems.html

I have wheeled 2 times since then, and used this as my daily driver for the past 2 months. No bad noises, but I am going to pull the covers off again this weekend.

Now neither of my lockers work. Both pumps work and hold pressure, but something is wrong. I am going to pull the covers and jack the jeep up this weekend to verify that the diaphragm is moving.

not sure how the older rubi lockers work but I know the locking pin on the jk's like to break so you cant lock them anymore
