okay something is going on with my rig...
it crapped out at fall crawl and i have not had a chance to
fix it since... i was trying to get it repaired for the run this
weekend, but, it is not happy 💩... we checked the wires
and found no frays. it was blowing the fuel ECU fuse under
the hood, but now it is not doing that. it was also blowing
the fuel pump relay and the auto shutdown relay... the guys that
were on the trail with me that day tried testing EVERYTHING
and came up with a bad pump...  i have swapped pumps
but the pump is not even coming on... testing the plug,
it is only getting 7 volts with the key on...WTF???
anybody have any idea where i should be looking Huh

7volts at the pump, what are getting at the battery? Age and condition of the relays?

maybe a bad ground, or a less than ideal connection at the fuse block or pcm would be my guess

Is it cranking? How about a spark?
My jeep had an issue like that, no fuel or spark but cranked. Turned out to be pin 3 in my computer was broken.

11.96 at battery,
At 11.96 your battery is only working at 25 percent, kinda of like running one cylinder on a four cylinder engine. I would recommend a full charge of 12.6 before any diagnostic testing. A battery load test would be a good idea or swap in a known good battery.

shelton walked up to the side of my jeep,
pounded his fist off the side of it,
and it started right up!
