Do the CJ D30s use the same knuckles as D44s?

I know you can put Dana 44 knuckles on a Dana 30. I think jerry is running a ford style internal type Dana 44. That would bolt up to the Dana 30

The 44 and 30 knuckle will interchange but their not the same. The arms on the 44 knuckles are longer and will move the tie rod and drag link forward if mounted on a D-30.

I did the tierod flip on my cj and have been pleased with the result. 
With spring under its nice and out of the way, yet still cheap and easy.

Lock right and ten factory cromo axles for the front Dana 30

Some one was in the axle before fluid looked clean and the spindles came off with no problem. Took the spider gears out and had to take the ring gear off to get the cross shaft off. installed the locker put the ring gear on torqued to 70 ft/lbs no issues. Went to install the carrier back in the housing. Put the bearing cups on the bearings put it in the housing and what you usually do is hit the carrier/ring gear with a rubber mallet, dead blow hammer or a piece of 2x4 with a 3lb hammer. I thought I would do it a little different by placing my hand in between the ring gear and the dead blow hammer with a full swing behind it.
