The jet one is obviously fake. the guy standing there and the camera man would have been tossed. A Rig driving by you in the left turn lane will rock your car neverming a jet flying by. Thats BS. The skateboarder is hilarious. They should just play it in slow motion 8 times in a row

ummm..lets see brooksy..what aerodynamic aspect of the flyby would cause the guy to blow over..answer..none.
the truck that you used as an analogy is about as aerodynamic as a brick , and yes it moves lots of air when traveling at high speed. which would cause the short bus you're riding to class to wobble a bit when it blows by.
i can't say for sure that the video is real, but scientifically  speaking it is within reason.  Fingers

I gave the truck analogy so that tinyD could follow along. Air does not just slide right off that plane. There is still turbulance around it.
There is no way. The plane displaces an amount of air. After the plane passes air has to ruch back in to fill the void. Not to mention that the plane is propelled by pushing hot air behind it. The thrust as well would cause enough force to toss a 190lb dude easilly. I spent 4 years parachuting onto airfields. Have you had planes landing within 50 feet of you?
Fingers what now?  Wink

I can bring my fluid mechanics book to "Gretchens" for you to read by the camp fire!!!

I thougt when you have a big rig/train going by car or another train at a fast velocity it creates a type of vacuum effect which causes the wobble and the jet engine would cause a type of cavitation of the air behind it.
